Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. Although we always try to ship on the same or next working day this is not always possible at busy times.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is available which guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day. A Minimum order value of £20.00 applies to this delivery method.
NB: "Next working day" means the day after we dispatch your order. An email will be sent immediately after your order is dispatched.
A signature could be required as proof of delivery so if you are not available a card will be left for you to either re-arrange delivery or you will be able to pick up your purchases from your local sorting office. Alternatively you can arrange for your order to be delivered to an alternative address where you know someone will be available to sign for it.
We understand that many people are at work during the day and may wish to take delivery there, or may wish to send their purchases as gifts, so you can have items sent to a different delivery address, but we will need your billing address as well. When you proceed to checkout you will be given this option.
If the order is a gift please add a note if you would like a gift receipt which does not show price details, instead of the standard delivery note. We can then send the confirmation delivery note by email directly to you.
Unless otherwise requested all items will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Orders to EU countries are sent using either Royal Mail's Airmail service or International Signed For service. Delivery time using this service is usually 3 to 5 working days from day of postage.
Orders outside the EU will be sent using the Royal Mails Airmail service, delivery time using this service is usually 5 - 10 days from day of dispatch.
Please note higher value orders such as 9ct gold may be upgraded to signed for delivery methods free of charge. If you order good worth more than £50 but would not like to have a signed for method of delivery please leave a message at the checkout or contact us. We will be happy to accept this but if your order does not arrive we will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
