Our policy is to provide customers with high quality products to ensure your overall satisfaction. Please note that colours may vary slightly from those shown in our images. This is due to limitations in photographic and/or monitor reproduction.
Can I order by telephone?
Yes, we are happy to accept orders placed over the phone until 16:30pm.
Can I place an order from outside the UK?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Who do I contact if I have a query with my order or any of the products on offer?
Please use the Contact Us form, email email@example.com or the use the "Question about product" buttons on the right hand side of each product page and we will respond as soon as possible.
How will I know that you've received my order?
Your Order will be confirmed on screen immediately and you will also receive a confirmation email from us if payment is successful and we accept your Order.
Can I return items if I change my mind?
All purchases are subject to a 7 day cooling off period during which you have the right to return any item for a full refund or an exchange. In the event of a return it is your responsibility to return the goods in a reasonable state. For hygiene reasons please carefully check that you are happy with the appearance, size and quality of any items of body jewellery before wearing them. For any faulty goods please contact us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
It is our policy that you pay the return postage costs but that no additional charges will be made for the item to be exchanged and re-delivered to you or for processing your refund. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods and as such should ensure that you have obtained proof of postage as you will be responsible for the item until it is received back by us. Any items which are returned without sufficient postage and which cause us to inccur a charge will have that charge reclaimed from you or deducted from the refunded amount.
9ct and 14ct gold returns and exchanges are only accepted if returned in padded envelopes and with signed for/tracked services.

How do I cancel an Order?
We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible and therefore if the item has already been despatched cancelling an Order may not be possible. However, in the first instance you should email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to check if your Order has been despatched.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes. We can gift wrap your Order complete with a handwritten personalised message for an additional fee of £2.35. This can be selected on the Checkout page and if selected the fee will be added to your Order. If you wish to have your purchase gift wrapped please tick the box and enter the text of the message you require, if applicable. If your Order contains multiple items you must inform us which item(s) you require wrapping and sending to an alternative address if specified. Please note that this service is only available for deliveries within the UK due to Customs regulations.
Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes. Gift Vouchers are available for Tattooed Lady Body Art & Shop @ Tattooed Lady. Gift Vouchers can be used for goods and services such as Tattoos, Piercings, Body Jewellery and much more from Tattooed Lady Body Art, 724 Oldham Road, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 9FD. Gift Vouchers can also be used to purchase high quality body jewellery, ornaments and accessories from Shop @ Tattooed Lady, by using the coupon code shown on the gift voucher at the checkout. Gift Vouchers are available as a printed gift card, or as an e-voucher. Both the printed Gift Voucher and the e-voucher can be personalised with the recipients name and a personal message. To do this please leave a comment at the checkout when ordering. Gift Vouchers will be sent to the billing address entered at the checkout unless a different delivery address is given. Gift Vouchers are available from £5.00, and come in a choice of two designs.
Do I need to register or create an account with you in order to Shop @ Tattooed Lady?
No, although you have the option of creating an account during the Checkout process. If you choose to do so you can take advantage of our advanced features such as Order Tracking, faster Checkout (no need to re-enter your details each time you shop) and Shopping Lists to save items you would like to purchase in the future.
Is it safe to buy online?
Yes. We realise that some customers are concerned about shopping online so Shop @ Tattooed Lady uses the most advanced software available (SSL - Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure your details are encrypted and secure. Payments are accepted through the secure Paypal system. You will notice the "https" in our url which denotes a secure site.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards direct or via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to Shop @ Tattooed Lady but if you already have one you may use it.

There are several ways to Shop @ Tattooed Lady. Our products are arranged by category in the navigation bar on the left of your screen so you can easily browse. New products are also displayed throughout the site marked with a yellow "New" icon and selection of our new or most popular products is always displayed on the home page.
How do I continue shopping once I've added an item(s) to my basket?
Simply choose your next item using the category navigation bar to the left of your screen and add the required quantity to your Basket. When you have finished shopping simply Checkout as normal where you will be directed through the secure Paypal process.

It is important that you understand and agree that any recommendations given with the aftercare products are based on 20 years of experience but may not be suitable for some people therefore we do not accept responsibility for any adverse reactions as a result of using these products.
Tea Tree Oil is an Essential Oil and some people may be allergic to it. Ensure you carry out a sensitivity test on a small patch of skin inside the elbow with the oil diluted as directed, especially if you are prone to allergic reactions. Wait for 48 hours and only use if no reaction occurs. If you have any adverse effects from using any product stop using it immediately and if symptons persist consult your GP. Do not consume Tea Tree Oil and keep away from eyes. If accidental contact with eyes occurs wash thoroughly with cold water and seek immediate medical advice. All products are for external use only. Keep all aftercare products away from children and animals.
